I am in California right now and it is 3:07 AM in New York but only 12:07 AM in California!!!

I make time stop when I travel! I want to tell everyone that I hope they have a great Friday and that they complete the essay.

Tomorrow, YOU will write Your very own VISION of Freedom to finish this week's activities.

This VISION should keep in mind all the stories and include parts of the definitions of freedoms we made for Amerigo, Gopi, Patricio, and Maya.

A VISION of Freedom is more than just a definition because as we learned one, single sentence is not enough and has too many loopholes.

A VISION of Freedom is 2-4 paragraphs and is detailed, specific, personal, and passionate!!!!

Writing: Imagine you are one of the Freedom Riders. Write a letter to your mother pretending you are one of the buses about reach Montgomery. Your mother is very worried about you and she doesn't understand why you are fighting for the rights of people you don't even know.

1.) Tell her why you are doing what you are doing.
2.) Share with her your emotions and your feelings.
3.) Then try to convince her at the end of the letter why you are doing that by writing what freedom means to you.
